Job summary

Rotana in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to lead a dynamic team, delivering memorable dining experiences. You will coordinate with the Kitchen and Stewarding and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth service during opening hours.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality diploma, up to two years' supervisory experience, fluent English, and familiarity with Micros. A hands-on leader who thrives in a multicultural hotel environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality with up to two years' experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Familiarity with Micros is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Kitchen and Stewarding and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team.
• Monitor duty schedules and maintain grooming standards.
• Ensure timely setup of the F&B outlet according to opening hours.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and hand over when needed.
