Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join Adaline in Dubai, leading the service team on the floor and delivering an exceptional guest experience that mirrors the venue's elevated standards. You will oversee a service team, coordinate with Management and Reception, train staff, and maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team throughout the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee the service of an assigned section and ensure consistently high standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
• Coordinate with Management and Reception to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.
• Ensure all service standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines are followed.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with professionalism.
• Support training and development of Waiters and service team members.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and promotions.
• Assist management with maintaining energy and service standards of the venue in the evening.
