Job summary

GE Vernova in Dubai seeks a Lead Product Service Engineer for Turbine Controls & Operability to provide direct technical support to global GE Vernova Gas Power customers across multiple workstreams.

Role emphasizes owning complex control resolutions, collaboration with global teams, and driving RCA outcomes while applying GE Vernova practices and lean principles. Arabic and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years in controls/operations/engineering/ installation of gas or steam turbines or related functions.
• Proven customer-facing or engineering role experience.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own technical resolution to complex Controls system issues including Gas/Steam Turbines with urgency.
• Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures for customer fleets; communicate to relevant audiences.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, regional centers, manufacturing, sourcing, vendors and customers for timely resolutions.
• Lead RCAs with root-cause analysis and corrective actions; communicate with field teams, leadership and customers.
• Promote GE Vernova Way traits, lean principles and simplification in day-to-day activities.
