Job summary

GE Vernova in Dubai is seeking a Lead Product Service Engineer - Controls Platform HMI & Network to provide direct technical support to global gas power customers across multiple workstreams, resolving complex inquiries, overseeing RCAs, and guiding field teams with urgency.

Qualifications

Must hold a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years' direct experience with HMI platforms, industrial protocols, historians, and OT cybersecurity at power plants.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong verbal and written English communication; Arabic is a plus and travel 10–15% is required.

Responsibilities

Own the technical resolution of complex Controls system issues for Mark VI/VIe, HMI platform, industrial networks and cybersecurity at power plants.
Identify trends and provide countermeasures; communicate via alerts and documentation.
Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, regional centers, manufacturing, sourcing, vendors, and customers to resolve issues promptly.
Lead RCAs and drive corrective actions; communicate with field teams and leadership.
Promote GE Vernova Way, lean principles, and simplification in daily work.
