Job summary

GE Vernova in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Lead Product Service Engineer to support global customers on Controls Platform HMI & Network. You will own complex technical resolutions, mentor teams, and guide customers through ER cases, RCA investigations, and cyber security concerns at power plants.

You will collaborate with design engineering, product management, and regional centers to deliver timely resolutions, drive RCAs, and communicate guidance via webinars and technical documents;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering from accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience with HMI platform, industrial communication interfaces, historians, and industrial cyber security at power plants.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong oral and written communication in English language.
• This role requires around 10-15% travel within and outside the region.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical resolution to complex Controls system issues including HMI platform and industrial interfaces at power plants.
• Identify trending issues and provide countermeasures; communicate to the relevant audience.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Management, regional centers, and vendors to provide timely resolutions.
• Lead RCAs and communicate findings internally and externally.
• Promote GE Vernova Way traits and lean principles in day-to-day activities.
