Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a Tendering Engineer to manage high-value project proposals. You will interpret complex specifications, coordinate with internal teams, and drive costed responses for bespoke solutions.

You will liaise with customers and external groups, develop contract specs, and maintain task prioritization and quote handover. Relevant instrumentation background and MS Excel/Word skills are required.

Qualifications

• Sound instrumentation engineering education and background.
• Experience in tendering, proposal preparation and cost estimation for large projects.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interface with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid preparation across delivery, supply chain, finance, and legal teams.
• Develop an order-winning strategy and manage proposal preparation.
• Review enquiries and provide technical and costed responses with timely clarifications.
• Develop optimized costing as part of quotations and liaise with customers.
