Job summary

Azadea Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef De Partie to oversee a specific production area in the kitchen, manage staff, and uphold quality and service standards. You will enhance operational performance while ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene policies.

The ideal candidate has two to four years of experience in F&B operations, holds a technical hospitality degree, and is fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in F&B operations or a similar role.
• Technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Food Safety Level two.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food orders following recipes and chef instructions, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and adhere to food safety protocols.
• Operate equipment and monitor kitchen materials for proper degreasing, cleaning and storage.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, ensuring compliance with norms and procedures.
• Communicate menu items, out-of-stock items, and event information to Front of House staff.
• Perform routine inventory checks and manage stock availability.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient task execution and consistent portion sizes.
• Train kitchen crew daily to foster motivation and high performance.
