Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi seeks a Chef de Partie to supervise a specific kitchen station, ensuring high-quality, consistent dishes in line with the outlet concept and Hyatt standards.

The role requires experience at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie level, with emphasis on kitchen hygiene, safety, and team support. Luxury hotel experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis.
• Experience in luxury international brands preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen and ensure a consistent, high quality product.
• Prepare and present dishes according to the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt standards.
• Ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s concept and standards.
