Job summary

Accor is seeking a Spa Supervisor for our Dubai luxury hotel to lead a team of spa therapists and oversee daily operations across treatments and retail.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage schedules, ensure hygiene, and support revenue growth through service excellence, targeted sales, and staff mentoring, while collaborating with Front Office, Concierge, and Recreation to maximise guest experiences and hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel spa.
• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, retail sales, and daily spa operations.
• Proven leadership and performance management abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop spa therapists to ensure service quality.
• Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling, hygiene, and safety.
• Monitor treatment and retail sales performance, and drive revenue strategies.
• Manage spa inventory, displays, and supplier coordination.
• Assist Spa Manager with recruitment, assessments, and appraisals.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, and Recreation to boost guest experiences and revenue.
