Qualifications

• Recognized professional Spa Therapist qualification (HNC/HND, Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, CIDESCO, or equivalent certification)
• Proven professional experience delivering spa treatments in a luxury setting
• Excellent communication skills and guest service mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver spa treatments in line with brand standards and luxury service expectations.
• Create warm, welcoming guest experiences through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
• Confidently recommend retail products and homecare plans to enhance results.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade treatments and tailor recommendations to guests.
• Build relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with spa reception, fitness and resort teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety in treatment rooms.
• Participate in ongoing brand education and professional development.

As a Spa Therapist, you'll play an integral role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while continuously developing your expertise in advanced treatment techniques and personalized guest care.

• Deliver exceptional spa treatment experiences in line with brand standards, treatment protocols, and luxury service expectations, ensuring every guest receives personalized and results-driven care
• Create warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, expert knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail
• Confidently recommend customized retail products, homecare recommendations, and personalized treatment plans to enhance treatment results and support long-term guest wellbeing
• Identify and communicate opportunities to elevate the guest experience through treatment enhancements, upgrades, and tailored recommendations that align with individual guest needs
• Build meaningful relationships with guests by demonstrating empathy and understanding, encouraging loyalty, repeat visits, and long-term engagement with our wellness offerings
• Collaborate effectively with spa reception, fitness and wellness teams, and resort colleagues to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience and maintain operational excellence
• Maintain exceptional standards of treatment room presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Participate actively in ongoing training, brand education, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills, knowledge, and expertise
• Manage time efficiently by organizing treatment schedules, preparing treatment spaces, and completing administrative tasks with precision and organization
• Support the operational needs of the spa and wellness department through flexibility and proactive problem-solving, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional experiences

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Recognized professional Spa Therapist qualification (HNC/HND, Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent certification)
• Proven professional experience delivering spa treatments in a professional setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of wellness, skincare, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication skills with a naturally warm, engaging, and confident demeanor
• Strong service mindset with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to confidently recommend and upsell retail products and treatment enhancements
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional grooming standards
• Physical stamina and ability to perform spa treatments while maintaining proper posture and technique
• Solid understanding of hygiene, sanitation protocols, and health and safety standards
• Positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in luxury hospitality or five-star spa environments
• Advanced training or certifications in specialized treatment modalities
• Experience with premium skincare brands and wellness product lines
• Demonstrated ability to build guest loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Knowledge of wellness trends and innovative treatment techniques
• Multilingual abilities (particularly Arabic or other languages spoken in Dubai)
• Experience with spa management systems or booking software
