SHARP CONSUMER ELECTRONICS MEA in Dubai seeks an Associate Solutions Manager to lead the software and solution support team, aligning with organizational goals and delivering technical support to dealers, distributors and system integrators.

You will guide the team through design, installations, rollouts and troubleshooting, support branches in West Africa, North Africa and South Africa when needed, and foster continuous learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex tech issues.
• Experience with software solutions such as PMS, DMS, ECM and digital signage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software support team and improve solution quality.
• Guide dealers, distributors, and partners through design, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Design and deliver technical training programs and run POCs.
• Provide feedback on software updates and coordinate with vendors on fixes/new features.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
