Job summary

Sharp in UAE is seeking an Associate Sales Manager (Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Caucasus) to lead regional sales strategy and execution. You will translate business goals into actionable plans, monitor distributor performance, and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and administration to ensure seamless sales operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and is fluent in Russian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in diverse markets.
• Proficiency in Russian is mandatory.
• Strong strategic, analytical and CRM skills.
• Knowledge of the consumer electronics market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to regional markets.
• Support the translation of business goals into actionable sales plans.
• Monitor distributor and channel partner performance to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and report performance gaps to the Sales Manager.
• Support the implementation of sales policies, processes, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Proactively monitor and report on risk and compliance issues.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Assist in developing and executing market entry strategies.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders.
• Cultivate and retain client relationships, addressing client-specific needs.
• Oversee distribution and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement customer advocacy and feedback programs.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, administration) to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
