Job summary

SITA in Dubai seeks a Solution Specialist Manager to bridge customers, sales teams, product managers and solution engineers within SITAs Communications Data Exchange portfolio across the Middle East and Africa.

You will translate complex customer requirements into compelling solution narratives, drive opportunities from discovery through offer development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting and technical sales support.
• Fluent English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BDMs to identify and progress strategic opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions and solution discussions for customer requirements.
• Present SITAs networking, connectivity, cybersecurity and digital solutions to customers.
• Act as a bridge between sales, product management and solution engineering.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines and support account growth and engagement strategies.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for solution strategies.
• Support RFP responses, solution positioning and business case development.
• Assess risks and opportunities before formal design activities.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support portfolio growth.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and business goals.
