Job summary

Dubai Interiors Studio seeks a Senior Site Coordinator to oversee the coordination and execution of multiple luxury interior construction projects from Dubai to international locations. You will ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout construction, while mentoring site coordinators and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in site coordination or project management.
• Strong leadership experience including mentoring teams.
• Extensive experience in quality control and reviewing contractor deliverables.
• Previous experience in an interior design role is preferred.
• Advanced project management skills for multiple sites and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with external stakeholders including contractors and clients.
• Familiarity with software tools used for project tracking and reporting.
• Must hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of multiple site projects to meet design, quality, time and budget goals.
• Support Technical Manager to ensure adherence to standards by all site coordinators.
• Lead implementation of quality control procedures across sites.
• Review contractor shop drawings and samples for alignment with design specs.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections ensuring standards and regulations are met.
• Act as main liaison between company, contractors and clients for several sites.
• Prepare progress reports for Technical Manager, clients and senior management.
