You will oversee day-to-day progress, verify quality, and ensure seamless construction sequencing while maintaining high standards for premium villas and commercial interiors.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven site supervision experience on interior projects.
• Strong portfolio in high-end villas and premium interiors.
• Deep knowledge of premium interior materials and finishes.
• Experience with civil/MEP interdependencies.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites.
• Proficiency reading drawings and executing on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site progress and master schedule alignment.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and partners.
• Track milestones, checklists, and progress reports.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Interpret complex layouts for on-site teams.
• Manage design deviations with client and design teams.
