Responsibilities

The Project Manager role requires a proactive professionalwho can manage costings, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and ensure thesuccessful delivery of projects within budget and to the highest standards ofquality. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury interiors, a strongunderstanding of project management, and an ability to oversee site operationsefficiently. Key Responsibilities

SiteSupervision

• Oversee and supervise on-site activities, ensuring thatall construction and design work meets the specified quality standards,timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Monitor progress and liaise with site teams to resolveany issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain a routine schedule of site visits throughoutthe project lifecycle

ReviewingDrawings and Specifications

• Thoroughlyreview architectural and design drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility interms of cost and materials.
• Ensurethat all designs align with the project's budget, schedule, and clientrequirements.
• Providefeedback on design elements that could impact the cost or timeline of theproject.

Schedulingand Timeline Management

• Developand manage detailed project schedules, ensuring that all phases of the projectare completed on time.
• Coordinatewith suppliers, contractors, and design teams to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials and services.
• Regularlyupdate stakeholders on project timelines, delays, or changes in the schedule.
