Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Must have UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Luxury interiors experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities ensuring quality, schedule and budget adherence.
• Review drawings to align cost/materials with project goals.
• Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate with teams.
• Manage suppliers and contractors, negotiate terms and track performance.
• Prepare and manage contracts, and ensure client sign-off on completion.
• Provide regular cost, progress and risk reports with accurate documentation.
