Job summary

S&K HR Consulting client is seeking a Senior Site Coordinator to oversee the coordination and execution of multiple construction projects in Dubai, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained. You will lead and mentor site coordinators, liaise with contractors, clients, and the in-house Design Team, and report to the Technical Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in site coordination or project management.
• Strong leadership experience in managing Site Coordinators or similar roles.
• Extensive experience in quality control and reviewing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall performance and coordination of multiple site projects, ensuring they meet design quality, technical quality, time, and budget expectations.
• Support the Technical Manager to ensure adherence to standards and procedures by all site coordinators.
• Lead implementation of quality control procedures across multiple sites to ensure design integrity and compliance.
• Review, and when required supervise, Contractors' shop drawings, material submittals, colors, and samples to align with design specs.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections ensuring all work complies with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the main contact between the company, contractors, and clients for multiple sites.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports for Technical Manager, Clients and senior management.
• Coordinate between in-house Design Team, Project Managers, and Contractors to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist the Technical Manager in project planning and site scheduling to meet timelines.
• Oversee sourcing of alternative materials that meet design and budget requirements.
• Contribute to project plans, assess risks, and provide solutions to avoid delays and overruns.
• Lead site inspections to assess quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Identify and resolve complex design and construction issues with Contractors and Design Team.
• Provide strategic directions on-site to minimize disruption to schedules.
• Ensure timely preparation of administrative documentation including monthly progress reports and snag lists.
• Supervise final inspections and prepare snagging lists for project closeout.
