Job summary

BeatBAB in Dubai is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the service team, ensure guest experiences are exceptional, and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

You will supervise shifts, uphold service standards, know the menu inside out, and drive upselling while maintaining calm efficiency in a fast-paced, high-end setting. Evening and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue, with at least 1–2 years in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, dining etiquette, and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Service Supervision: Leads the service team during shifts, ensuring smooth coordination, timely order delivery, and adherence to service standards. Monitors the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient workflow.
