You will manage reservations, seating, and guest flow, coordinating with service and operations to deliver a seamless dining experience. The role requires strong communication and a polished appearance, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• 3–5 years in hostess roles, with 1–2 years supervising a team in upscale settings.
• Strong communication and guest-focused interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SevenRooms or similar reservation systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hostess team and ensure warm, professional welcomes.
• Oversee reservations to maximize occupancy and smooth seating.
• Supervise training and grooming standards for hostesses.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and coordinate with service/operations.
• Communicate waitlists, walk-ins, and events to teams.
• Prepare daily reservation summaries and feedback reports.
