Job summary

XAD Technologies in the UAE seeks an experienced Resource Manager to lead the Resource Management Department, ensuring effective planning and deployment of company resources across multiple projects and locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manpower planning, deployment, and cost control, with leadership experience and proficiency in Excel/ERP tools for reporting and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in contracting, construction, manpower, or a related industry.
• 3–4 years in a managerial role with resource or operations leadership.
• Strong manpower planning, deployment, budgeting, and cost control capabilities.
• Advanced MS Excel/Sheets skills; ERP or project management tools are a plus.
• Proven leadership, planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
• UAE work location and in-person availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resource Management Department and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement resource policies, allocation frameworks, and budgets.
• Plan, forecast, and approve manpower, vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee deployment, mobilization, transfers, and replacements across projects.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and redeploy idle resources.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and report KPIs to senior management.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Accounts, and PMO to resolve conflicts.
