Job summary

XAD Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Construction) to lead projects from planning through completion. The candidate will excel in project execution, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering and site management.

You will oversee planning, cost control, schedules, quality and safety, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and site operations.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs and tender submissions.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
