Job summary

Xad Technologies in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced Project Manager (Civil Construction) to lead projects from planning through completion. The candidate will excel in project execution, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and site management.

Key duties include coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers; monitoring costs, schedules, quality, and safety; and resolving site issues to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.
• DM G+4/G+12 / Unlimited License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and site operations.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
