Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee civil construction projects across the UAE. The role includes project planning, site execution, resource allocation, subcontractor management, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery per UAE standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12+ years of civil construction and project management experience in UAE projects, strong leadership, client and consultant coordination, and a proven ability to manage budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in civil construction and project management.
• Strong UAE civil construction project experience.
• Proven experience managing sites, teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Knowledge of civil works, drawings, BOQs, specs.
• Experience with planning, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards, regulatory procedures.
• HSE requirements and quality management systems knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and resolve issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• UAE civil construction experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from initiation through handover.
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Monitor progress, schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and overall performance.
• Ensure construction activities meet approved quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, method statements, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Manage procurement coordination, material availability, equipment allocation, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, municipality approvals, environmental requirements, and HSE standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify delays, risks, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, construction delays, and subcontractor performance concerns.
• Monitor project costs, control variations, and support commercial teams in managing budgets and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, site records, technical updates, and management reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and quality assurance activities throughout the construction process.
• Ensure timely completion, project handover, and closure of outstanding works and defects.
• Maintain effective communication with management and provide regular updates on project status, risks, costs, and milestones.

Job Summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Construction Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects across the UAE.
