AECOM is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for on-site work in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on construction cost management, budgets, forecasts and payments across project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in post-contract cost control, valuation reviews and financial reporting, with strong collaboration across project teams and stakeholders. On-site, full-time opportunity with global exposure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Professional registration with a recognized body (e.g., RICS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in cost control, cost management and financial analysis within construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor project expenditures on behalf of the contracting entity.
• Review contractor payment applications against contractual requirements.
• Prepare and review monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assess financial implications of variations and change orders.
• Maintain cost management records and provide reliable financial reporting.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Support final accounts and close-out activities with accurate cost data.
