Position Overview:

The Lead Project Architect will be at the forefront of guiding medium to large-scale projects from inception to completion. Serving as the primary point of contact under senior leadership, you will oversee design teams, coordinate external partners, and maintain strong client relationships. This role demands a seamless blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project oversight, ensuring alignment with the firm’s design philosophy and quality benchmarks. You will drive projects through all phases—from initial concept to construction—while mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with leadership.

Required profile

Requirements

• Strong grasp of technical detailing, building codes, and construction documentation.

• Exceptional client communication and presentation abilities.
