Job summary

Remotedxb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a results-driven Product Manager to own the Benefits infrastructure strategy, coordinating near-term integrations and long-term unification across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, design for systems and APIs as well as human-facing dashboards, ensure data integrity across partner integrations, and evangelize the roadmap across Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based).
• Ability to design systems and APIs as well as human-facing dashboards.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication and prioritization under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy, focusing on near-term integrations and long-term unification across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO
• Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery, including migrating benefit costs to unified payroll systems and standing up retirement plan administration
• Build a seamless benefits experience across products to ensure consistent data flow for cost, eligibility, and enrollment
• Own data integrity across partner integrations, serving as the escalation point for benefit-cost data incidents and championing systemic tooling
• Manage the partner portfolio, including sourcing, evaluation, technical integration, and performance monitoring of benefits partners
• Evangelize the roadmap and process changes across Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Partnerships
