Job summary

Optasia is looking for a Global Payroll Manager who will lead payroll operations across various countries, including Dubai. You will ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing and collaborate with Finance and Legal teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing multi-country payroll and is proficient in payroll legislation. You will drive process improvements and maintain strong vendor relationships while offering a competitive remuneration package and a work-from-anywhere policy.
