Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager (Mechanical) to lead large-scale EPC project execution from construction through pre-commissioning in the UAE. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires extensive mechanical construction expertise, exceptional planning abilities, and a track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification preferred.
• OSHA or other recognized Safety Certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mechanical construction activities across major EPC projects, ensuring schedule, budget, quality and HSE compliance.
• Direct field teams, supervisors and subcontractors for safe and efficient execution.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and quality documentation.
