Job summary

Euro Mechanical, Abu Dhabi-based, seeks an Experienced Construction Manager to lead site execution on a major EPC project in Abu Dhabi. You will own multidiscipline construction in a brownfield, live-plant setting and act as primary construction contact for Client and PMC.

The role requires 15+ years in oil & gas with 5+ years as Construction Manager, strong brownfield background, and proven leadership ofMechanical, Piping, Structural and E&I teams. ADNOC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in oil & gas industry with 5+ years in Construction Management.
• Solid EPC construction experience in brownfield/live-plant environments.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Piping, Structural & E&I.
• Experience with shutdowns, tie-ins and SIMOPS is essential.
• Experience interacting directly with Client and PMC; ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore experience preferred.

• Plan and deliver shutdowns, tie-ins and SIMOPS in a live plant.
• Manage subcontractors and site manpower to meet schedule, quality and productivity targets.
• Drive constructability reviews and ensure work-front readiness with engineering/procurement.
• Prepare recovery plans when progress is at risk and report progress to Client/PMC.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Lead mechanical completion and handover to the Client.

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead site execution on a major EPC project in Abu Dhabi. You will take full ownership of multidiscipline construction in a brownfield, live-plant environment, and you will be the main construction contact for the Client and PMC. This is a critical role for a leader who can plan ahead, remove obstacles and keep progress moving safely.

What you will do

• Lead multidiscipline construction across Mechanical, Piping, Structural and E&I, and manage the interfaces between them.
• Plan and deliver shutdown, tie-in and SIMOPS activities in a live operating plant.
• Manage subcontractors and site manpower to meet schedule, quality and productivity targets.
• Drive constructability reviews and work-front readiness, and coordinate materials and IFC drawings with engineering and procurement.
• Prepare and deliver recovery plans when progress is at risk.
• Ensure full compliance with Permit to Work, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Lead mechanical completion and handover to the Client.
• Manage Client and PMC interfaces independently and report construction progress clearly.

What you will bring

• Solid oil and gas EPC construction experience, with 15+ years in the industry and 5+ years as a Construction Manager.
• Strong brownfield and live-plant construction background.
• Proven experience in shutdowns, tie-ins and SIMOPS.
• A track record of leading multidiscipline teams (Mechanical, Piping, Structural, E&I).
• Strong subcontractor and site manpower management skills.
• Sound knowledge of PTW, HSE, QA/QC, completions and handover.
• Confidence in dealing directly with Client and PMC representatives.
• ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore project experience is preferred.
