Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to lead field execution on large Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and HSE, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery of E&I construction works.

The role requires a strong hands-on background in E&I activities, detailed knowledge of drawings and specifications, and a proactive approach to safety and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Must have 10-12 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction for Oil & Gas EPC projects, petrochemical facilities, power plants, heavy industrial projects.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an E&I Foreman or equivalent supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in cable pulling, glanding, and termination, instrument installation and hook-up, electrical panel and MCC installation, grounding and lighting systems, testing, calibration, and pre-commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise E&I technicians, electricians, and instrument fitters during installation activities.
• Ensure work complies with IFC drawings, project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and support loop checks and instrument calibration.
• Maintain daily site diaries, manpower reports, and progress updates.
• Promote safe work practices, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure proper PPE usage.
