Job summary

Target Engineering seeks an experienced Construction Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) to lead E&I construction on large Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM projects in the UAE. You will oversee planning, execution, QA/QC, HSE, and interfaces with multiple disciplines, ensuring safe, timely delivery and compliance with international standards.

The role requires strong leadership of multidiscipline teams, extensive E&I knowledge, and a track record of successful project handovers.

Qualifications

20+ years of Electrical & Instrumentation construction experience inOil & Gas EPC/EPCM projects
Minimum 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
Experience managing quality, HSE, cost control, and productivity

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare construction execution plans, schedules, and manpower deployment
Lead all Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities and supervise teams
Ensure QA/QC compliance with project specs, ITPs, and standards (IEC/IEEE/NEC/ISA)
Enforce HSE procedures, PTW, and LOTO across site teams
Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, piping, civil, telecom, and commissioning teams
Prepare progress reports and handover documentation
Mentor engineers, supervisors, and technicians and monitor performance
