Job summary

Target Engineering and Construction Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead mechanical pre-commissioning and commissioning on major Oil & Gas EPC projects.

You will supervise testing, startup, and handover, coordinating with construction, QA/QC, engineering, vendors, and commissioning teams. The role requires 8–10 years of commissioning experience, strong leadership, and comprehensive knowledge of safety and permits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of commissioning experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Power, or process plants.
• Experience in startup, testing, troubleshooting, and system handover.
• Strong leadership and workforce supervision skills.
• Excellent safety awareness and permit-to-work knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review commissioning procedures, system boundaries, drawings, P&IDs, and hookup drawings.
• Plan daily manpower, tools, equipment, and testing resources.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ready systems for commissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors and commissioning teams to obtain support.
• Lead commissioning activities for pumps, compressors, rotating equipment, and packaged units.
