Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is building a centralized Group Insurance Management function to oversee and optimize all insurance policies and claims across its diverse operations. The Insurance Associate Manager will own end-to-end management—policy wording analysis, coverage enhancements, claims handling, renewals, and cost optimization—ensuring AKI’s interests are protected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant insurance experience in a large corporate group, insurance company, or brokerage.
• Hands-on experience in reviewing, analyzing, interpreting, and negotiating insurance policy wordings and coverage enhancements.
• Proven experience managing multiple insurance lines (Medical, Motor Fleet, Property, General Insurance).
• Strong track record in end-to-end claims management, recovery, and renewal negotiations.
• Knowledge of the UAE insurance market, regulatory requirements, and practices.
• CII/ACII qualifications are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• A. Insurance Policy Management & Coverage Enhancement: manage policies, review wordings, identify gaps, negotiate enhancements, maintain centralized register.
• B. Claims Management & Recovery: own all claims, coordinate with insurers and internal teams, maximize recoveries.
• C. Insurance Renewals & Negotiations: lead renewals, benchmark, tender, evaluate, negotiate, ensure timely renewals.
• E. Establishment of the New Insurance Function: implement centralized procedures, controls, and reporting.
