Job summary

Easy Lease Motor Cycle Rentals in Dubai seeks an experienced Insurance & Risk Manager to lead group-wide strategy and oversight of all insurance programs across the Easy Lease Group. You will own policy placement, renewals, claims management and cost optimization.

The role requires 10–12+ years of corporate insurance experience with UAE/GCC exposure, deep knowledge of motor/fleet, property and health lines, and a Bachelor's degree. Professional qualifications (ACII/CPCU) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• Professional insurance qualification (ACII/CPCU) is an advantage.
• 10–12+ years of corporate/commercial insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE insurance market practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide insurance strategy, governance, and annual plan.
• Own the complete insurance portfolio across motor fleet, property, liability, health, and employee covers.
• Negotiate with insurers and brokers to optimize premiums and terms.
• Oversee claims management, cost control, and risk transfer.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and operations to strengthen risk controls.
• Maintain centralized insurance registers and prepare budgets/reports.
