Responsibilities

• Supervise Pre-approval, Care Centre, Claims Management and After Sales Support teams.
• Assist Operations Manager in staff appraisal and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement high-end policies and processes for quality control.
• Act as OPS account manager for specific schema and project manager for key initiatives.
• Ensure core processes are followed and department performance meets targets.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly process reporting and quality standards.
• Provide hands-on support and coach staff to improve productivity and growth.
