Confidential Careers seeks an experienced Insurance Lead to oversee the group’s insurance portfolio, risk coverage cycle, and claims management with senior coordination across insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders. You will manage renewals, underwriting submissions, claims handling, market analysis, and insurance reporting, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with evolving risk exposures.

English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or related field.
• 7 years in insurance management or corporate insurance operations.
• Experience with renewals, underwriting submissions, claims handling, and insurer negotiations.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and insurance documentation workflows.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with multi-entity corporate portfolios preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Compare quotations, evaluate options, and recommend best choices.
• Manage additions, deletions, renewals; gather underwriting info and coordinate with insurers.
• Analyse coverage gaps and enhance policy structures.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end claims; report and coordinate with loss adjusters and insurers.
• Reconcile statements of accounts with insurers monthly.
• Prepare management reports on policy status, claims progress, renewals, and KPIs.
• Provide updates on market trends, pricing, regulation, and risks.
