Job summary

Duncan & Ross is looking for an experienced Lead Document Controller to manage document control activities for a major EPC engineering project in the oil & gas sector. This role involves establishing and maintaining an efficient document management system, ensuring all project documentation is properly processed.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with EPC projects in the Middle East and a strong knowledge of document control systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• 10 years of document control experience within EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a Lead or Senior Document Controller role.
• Experience supporting large-scale oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all document control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement document control procedures.
• Ensure timely receipt and retrieval of project documentation.
• Manage engineering documents and correspondence.
• Control revisions to ensure the latest versions are available.
