Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Beach Operations Supervisor to oversee daily beach activities and ensure all guest-facing areas are fully operational before opening. You will allocate duties across frontline teams and maintain top customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in beach/hospitality roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience supervising staff. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, health and safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in beach operations or guest services.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily beach operations and ensure guest areas are ready before opening.
• Lead duties across frontline teams to maintain service standards.
• Oversee rental transactions, cash handling, billing, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate inventory monitoring and replenishment of supplies.
• Conduct team briefings and ensure safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.
• Maintain records and support continuous service improvements.
