Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional greeting.

• Arrange furniture and equipment according to approved presentation standards.
• Provide clean towels to guests and replenish supplies throughout the day.
• Remove used towels and transfer them to the designated collection area.
• Fold, pack, and secure umbrellas at the end of daily operations.
• Keep beach areas clean, organized, and ready for guest use.
• Remove litter, empty assigned waste containers, and report unusual cleanliness issues.
• Inspect sunbeds, umbrellas, cabanas, pathways, and beach equipment for visible damage.
• Inform the supervisor about maintenance requirements or defective equipment.
• Maintain safe and unobstructed work and guest areas.
• Report suspicious activity, accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow hotel security, safety, emergency, and incident‑reporting procedures.
• Communicate guest comments and complaints to senior employees or supervisors.
