Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks an experienced Beach Operations Supervisor to oversee daily beach activities, ensure adherence to SOPs and deliver exceptional guest experiences on our premium leisure venues. You will require a minimum of 4 years in beach/hospitality ops, strong MS Office and POS skills, and proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and manage change, in a dynamic UAE setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in beach/hospitality operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS software.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Customer-focused with teamwork and adaptability.
• Ability to drive performance and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of daily beach operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Lead day-to-day beach operations per guidelines.
• Conduct inspections across beach facilities, entertainment areas and leased outlets.
• Complete pre-opening inspections for beach facilities.
• Monitor cash-handling activities according to procedures.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues.
• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Support tenant work permit and compliance documentation.
