The role emphasizes leadership, KPI-based performance, and profit and loss awareness within a five-star resort environment. Candidates should have 5+ years in beach bar or related F&B operations and be prepared for a demanding, high-volume outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of beach bar or related F&B operations experience.
• Previous international hospitality exposure is preferred.
• Experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily beach bar operations.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, product quality, and guest experience.
• Provide active operational leadership during busy service periods.
• Monitor service flow and address issues before they affect guests.
• Support opening, operating, and closing procedures across the outlet.
• Track departmental KPIs relating to Guest, People, Product, and Profit.
• Review operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support initiatives to increase guest satisfaction and repeat business.
