Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Beach Operations Supervisor to oversee daily beach activities and ensure all guest-facing areas are fully operational before opening. You will allocate duties across frontline teams and maintain top customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in beach/hospitality roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience supervising staff. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, health and safety procedures is essential.

About the Job

Supervise daily beach operations and ensure all guest-facing areas are fully operational and ready before opening. Lead and allocate duties across frontline teams to maintain effective coverage and service delivery throughout the day. Welcome and assist guests while maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving guest concerns where possible. Monitor the availability, cleanliness, safety, and presentation of beach rentals and other guest-use assets. Oversee rental transactions, cash handling, billing, receipts, and reconciliation processes in line with established procedures. Coordinate inventory monitoring, stock counts, and replenishment of operational supplies and rental equipment. Conduct team briefings and ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, sanitation requirements, and grooming standards. Maintain operational records, incident reports, shift handovers, and support continuous improvement of service standards.

About You

Essential High School qualification required. 3-5 years of experience in beach operations, hospitality, leisure, attractions, or guest services. Strong customer service and guest handling skills with experience supervising frontline operational teams. Knowledge of cash handling, rental operations, inventory control, and operational oversight. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and emergency procedures relevant to beach or leisure operations. Desired Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Leisure, Tourism, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading capacity. Basic Microsoft Office and POS system knowledge. Experience working within high-volume guest-facing environments.
