Job summary

Al-Futtaim Motors, the Toyota division, seeks an experienced Service Reception Manager to lead our automotive reception operations. You will supervise the reception team and Service Advisors, driving efficient workflows and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.

You will monitor vehicle progress, ensure timely delivery, and promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the service operation. Strong leadership and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in service/reception roles.
• Proven leadership of reception teams and Service Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reception Hosts and Service Advisors to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Coordinate with workshop for Fixed Right First Time delivery.
• Monitor progress and ensure vehicle delivery within promised times.
• Conduct daily operations and performance review meetings.
• Develop and coach the team through training plans and performance management.
