Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai is seeking an AMZL Trans Learning Specialist to coordinate and deliver training activities supporting last mile operations. The role blends classroom facilitation with performance analysis and content development to drive adoption of new processes.

You will collaborate with the Learning Department, Operations Managers and site leaders to maintain accurate training documentation, ensure compliance, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; experience as a trainer or developing/delivering training programs across sites; ability to manage a classroom and flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for groups of up to 50 participants.
• Coordinate training activities with operational and learning stakeholders.
• Support delivery of required operational compliance training.
• Ensure established training programs are followed consistently.
• Maintain accurate and current training documentation.
• Monitor completion of daily training expectations.
• Support training requirements associated with operational changes.
