Job summary

Amazon Dubai is seeking a Learning Associate to coordinate and drive training across all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. You will refine methods, monitor performance, and ensure training records meet AMET standards while supporting learning for new hires.

You will deliver instructor training, supervise instructors, and collaborate with operations to identify gaps through skill matrices and data analysis to continuously improve the learning experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center.
• Evaluate and refine training processes to improve learning effectiveness.
• Deliver instructor training, observation and coaching to AMET standards.
• Maintain training records and ensure AMET materials are delivered to standard.
• Analyze data daily to improve NH learning experiences and performance.
• Support recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers and participate in meetings.
