Amazon Now is seeking an Operations Lead in Dubai to manage end-to-end daily operations for large sites or multiple locations. The role focuses on meeting customer-facing metrics, maintaining safety and morale, and driving performance through training and development plans.

Daily audits (4M/5S) and acting as Area Manager are part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and experience in e-commerce retail or logistics, with fluent English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in e-commerce retail or advertising.
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations for either one large site or multiple sites.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while controlling costs and maintaining safety and morale.
• Drive performance management and training/development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the stores daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
