Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an Operations Lead to build and scale Amazon Now across the UAE. You will supervise end-to-end store operations, drive safety and efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, reliable service to millions of customers.

You will manage a team across one large site or several small sites, implement training plans, conduct 4M and 5S audits, and stand-in for the Area Manager as needed. A high school diploma and logistics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics/operations environment.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations.
• Meet customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Drive performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
