Job summary

Growhub, a Dubai-based company, is expanding its landscaping division and seeks an experienced Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from inquiry to contract across residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, translate it into strong proposals, and help shape the division’s growth while collaborating with founders, architects and estimators.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in landscaping
• Established UAE landscaping client network
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Understanding of landscaping scope and project costs
• Proven record of closing landscaping projects
• Strong presentation and negotiation with high-value clients
• CRM, Excel and Google Workspace literacy
• Based in Dubai, ready to join on short notice

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns and referrals with prompt follow-up
• Generate new business through your network of clients, developers and industry contacts
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and capture a clear project brief
• Collaborate with architects to convert briefs into design proposals
• Work with estimators to prepare quotations for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting and maintenance
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and close projects
• Develop relationships with property managers, designers, architects, contractors and villa communities
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Growhub's plant supply and maintenance services
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, quotations and outcomes
• Act as the client’s main contact through handover and delivery
• Provide weekly pipeline, conversion and forecast reports
