Sales Manager - Landscape Maintenance

Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to lead pursuit of landscape maintenance contracts across the UAE. You will generate leads, visit sites, and prepare competitive estimates and proposals to close profitable AMCs.

You will rely on a strong UAE network, drive negotiations, and coordinate with operations to ensure accurate, competitive offers and lasting client relationships. Dubai-based, travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of sales experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or construction — mandatory.
• Proven track record of winning AMCs and service contracts in the UAE market.
• Existing network of contacts across communities, hospitality, F&B, and construction sectors in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance services — soft landscaping, irrigation, turf care, tree management, and hardscape upkeep.
• Valid UAE driving license — mandatory for site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for commercial, municipal, hospitality, and high-end residential landscape maintenance contracts across the UAE.
• Conduct site visits and take-offs, calculate labour and material costs, and prepare accurate BOQs and project estimates.
• Draft tailored maintenance proposals, negotiate AMC terms and service scope, and independently close contracts at healthy margins.
• Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and expressions of interest in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor competitor pricing, service offerings, and market trends within the UAE landscape and construction sector to sharpen commercial positioning.
• Coordinate with the operations and estimation teams to ensure proposals are accurate and competitive.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new facility managers, property managers, community associations, and project developers.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
